PAIA & POPIA Compliance Statement

1. Introduction

Dr Orlando Rojas is committed to compliance with the Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2000 (PAIA) and the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA). We respect the rights of individuals to access information and to have their personal information protected in accordance with South African law.

This statement serves to confirm our commitment and to provide access to our PAIA Manual and Privacy Policy.

2. PAIA Compliance

In terms of PAIA, every person has the right to access information that is required to exercise or protect their rights. Our PAIA Manual sets out:

  • How such information may be accessed.
  • The process for lodging a request for information.

3. POPIA Compliance

In terms of POPIA, we are required to:
