Your Health

Dr. Orlando Rojas has over 34 years experience in Mercury toxicity and over 24 years on liners and composite resin toxicity.

Events during his college years and early professional life taught him to see his patients as human beings and not just as somebody with a tooth needing to be fixed... Today we acknowledge the holistic nature of the human race, our Physical body, mental body, emotional body and etheric body. Dr Rojas’ team of very experienced professionals embraces his "Holistic-Ethical-Bio-Aesthetic dentistry approach"

Our purpose is to help you achieve and maintain better health through our natural, holistic approach to dental care. Natural or Biological Dentistry not only means utilising the safest, non-metal dental materials that exist on the market, but also eliminating metals and other toxic factors, using established safety protocols for your and our protection.

Plastic fillings containing any of these carcinogenic compounds that can be released, ending up in the human body through re-absorption:

  • Fluoride
  • Bisphenol-A (BPA)
  • Bisphenol glycidyl methacrylate (Bis-GMA)
  • Bis-DMA
  • HEMA
  • TEGDMA

Every day of my life I sit quietly in gratitude for God uses me to touch the lives of many!

My staff and I are looking forward to serving you.

- The Hidden Dangers in Dental Care   - Written by Hal A. Huggins, DDS, MS & Thomas E. Levy MD, JD

Many "incurable" diseases may be incurable, but they may also be preventable. This prevention is directly by you. There is a price to pay. You must become informed and educated.

What preventable diseases are we addressing?
Although the list is much longer, prominent ones included are Multiple sclerosis, lupus, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's,  Autism, Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS, sometimes called Lou Gehrig's Disease, Maladie de Charcot or motor neurone disease), and breast cancer. There are many more symptom clusters lacking formal disease names. These include chronic fatigue, memory problems, emotional instability, "female" problems and indigestion. Kids are not spared, either. Some of their more preventable afflictions include hyperkinesis, attention deficit, birth defects, lowered grade point average, and visual disturbances.

Some of the "diseases" a modern physician might mistakenly misdiagnose chronic mercury poisoning as, are:

1. Neuropathy, paresthesia, memory loss, ADD, epilepsy, autism, headaches, migraines, dizziness and vertigo are all associated with mercury fillings.

2. Mood disorders

Amalgam fillings have also been associated with anxiety, depression, insomnia, schizophrenia, anger control issues, and mental confusion.

3. Immune system dysfunction and cancer

Immune system problems like asthma, chemical sensitivities, skin conditions like eczema and psoriasis, sinus issues and susceptibility to infections can also be caused by dental fillings loaded with mercury.  The risk of breast cancer, leukemia, and other cancer types tend to go way up with these fillings in the mouth.

4. Cardiovascular conditions

Amalgam fillings are associated with hypertension, arteriosclerosis, angina and abnormally rapid heart rate (tachycardia.)

5. Stomach and digestive problems

Research has also found a link between mercury fillings and leaky gut syndrome, malabsorption of minerals, and blocked cellular enzymatic processes.

6. Hormonal imbalances

Hypothyroidism, adrenal gland issues, Hashimoto’s disease, hair loss, prostate issues and urinary problems have all been linked with mercury fillings.

7. Reproductive difficulties

Mercury has been connected to reduced sperm count, infertility, PMS, genital tract problems, spontaneous abortions, birth defects, and learning disabilities in children.

8. Oral health issues

Despite their intention and purpose of repairing cavities in teeth, mercury fillings can actually cause oral health problems. Mercury vapor can accumulate within the gums, tooth roots, jaw and oral tissue, leading to a range of health problems like periodontal disease, halitosis, oral ketosis and oral lichen planus.

9. Vision and hearing problems

Mercury fillings have also been associated with hearing loss, tinnitus, and vision issues including eye inflammation, myopia, macular degeneration, cataracts, astigmatism, iritis, color blindness and other vision disturbances.

How can one avoid these problems?
The simple answer is to avoid the cause. Frequently the cause is exposure to one or more toxins from dental materials in the mouth. The situation becomes more complicated when you've already been primarily exposed, and you want to eliminate the current exposure. Such dental toxins include mercury, cadmium, copper, zinc, beryllium, nickel, phenol, and the toxic wastes generated by anaerobic bacteria. Most dentists are unaware of either the contents of the dental materials they implant or the potential consequences of those materials after they get into your body. Dentists have been taught that these toxic materials are safe while in the mouth
(silver fillings, crowns or caps, bridges, implants, children's chrome crowns, orthodontic braces, retainers, and materials for root canal therapy)

The unnecessary removal of wisdom teeth may also lead to health problems.

Can anything be done if you already have some of the symptoms or diseases we have mentioned?
That depends. It depends on how severely ill you already are, and on how reactive your immune system is to the materials that you already have in your mouth. It depends on the skills of the practitioners who are treating you, and on how well they understand dental toxicity and the unique problems associated with dental toxicity. It depends on how dedicated you are to being an active participant in the treatment process. In South Africa we are but a handful of dentists with an understanding of the problem, let us help you at "The Home of Biologic Dentistry"

This information may be your first introduction to the concept that your mouth could be a toxic waste site worthy of fines from the Environmental Protection Agency.

Don't leave your health in your dentist's hands and assume that all will be fine. Become informed and take an active role in your full and complete consent to all that will be implanted into your mouth. Many of the toxic preparations used in your mouth will be less expensive and more durable than the safer alternatives. But you must decide at the outset, which is of the most importance to you: the life of the filling, or the life of the patient (you). The choice is yours alone to make.

You can Google search (or YouTube) amalgam toxicity or simply click here.

CAN WE HELP?

At the same time, Don't leave your health in your doctor's hands and assume that all will be fine. Become informed and take an active role in your own life! you really HAVE TO watch this video.

If you suspect your dental fillings could be at the root of your chronic disease, they can be removed and replaced with fillings that do not contain mercury.  However, many integrative healthcare professionals warn against disrupting the mercury during filling removal – which could result in high amounts of mercury vapor released during the process.

Bottom line: If you decide to have them removed and replaced, be sure to seek the services of a proven, experienced dental professional – preferably a holistically-oriented dentist trained by the International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology. (IAOMT)
